PUBLIC NOTICE
VILLAGE OF BROADVIEW, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
Public Notice, pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-4(c), is hereby given that the Village President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Broadview, Cook County, Illinois (the “Village”), an Illinois municipal corporation, intends to sell certain Village-owned properties located in the Village:
2301-2305 Roosevelt Road, Broadview, Illinois; PIN: 15-15-325-035-0000, 15-15-325-036-0000
1426-1428 Roosevelt Road, Broadview, Illinois; PIN: 15-22-202-023-0000, 15-22-202-024-0000, 15-22-202-035-0000
1516 Roosevelt Road, Broadview, Illinois; PIN: 15-22-201-025-0000
(collectively, the “Properties” or individually, “Property”). Each Property sits within the Broadview Roosevelt Road TIF District. Their sale is being contemplated in connection with a Redevelopment Plan and Project (the “Project”) for the designated Redevelopment Project Area known as the Broadview – Roosevelt Road TIF Redevelopment Project Area (the “Project Area”), pursuant to the Illinois Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act, 65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-1, et seq., (the “Act”).
In accordance with the Act, all interested persons or parties are notified and invited to submit bids for the Properties for consideration by the Village from this time and until 12:00 p.m. Friday, November 15, 2019. An interested party may submit bids for one or more of the Properties. However, a party wishing to bid on more than one of the Properties should submit separate bids for each Property. Copies of all such bids received by the Village will be kept on file. Commencing at 12:01 p.m. on November 15, 2019, all bids will be available for examination during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. in the office of the Village Clerk, located at 2350 S. 25th Ave., Broadview, Illinois 60155.
On Monday, November 18, 2019, at 7:30 p.m. in Village Hall, Village of Broadview, 2350 S. 25th Ave., Broadview, Illinois, all Initial Bids and Alternative Bids will be presented to the Village Board of Trustees at its regular meeting for consideration and selection.
