The Records Division is overseen by the Administrative Lieutenant. A part-time records clerk processes reports requested by the public. Freedom of Information requests, record checks for city, state, and federal jurisdictions, local court files, and village ordinance violations are
maintained by the records division. Fines, including traffic fines, village ordinance fines, and towing/storage are managed by the records division. Parking fines can be paid online at www.payguicket.com

The Administrative Lieutenant is the liaison with the Maybrook Courthouse to ensure citations are transmitted to the Cook County Clerk’s Office and court files are readily available for the State’s Attorney’s Office for prosecution. Records request can be made at the Broadview
Municipal Building, Police Window between 8:30AM and 4:30PM Monday – Friday.
