After the penalty due date, the shut off phase begins. The shut off phase has a $10.00 Administrative fee added to the account. The account is then subject to shut off of water service. When the water is shut off, there is a $50.00 Turn on fee assessed to the account. To have the water restored, payment of the penalty amount, plus the $10.00 Administrative fee, plus the $50.00.
Turn On fee must be made in person inside the Village Hall during normal Village Hall office hours.
Water is restored 24 hours once payment is received by the Public Works Department during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm.

Acceptable payment methods are cash, check, money order, credit card and online payment.
In-Person – payments can be made in person during normal Village Hall office hours:
Monday – 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday – 8:30 am – 2:00 pm
Closed Saturday and Sunday
