NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please take notice that on December 18, 2025 at 6:30pm., the Village of Broadview Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider a Zoning Ordinance text amendment to add "prisons/detention centers" as a special use in the 0/1 Office and Industrial District in the Village of Broadview; The requested approval will be heard at the Village of Broadview Village hall, located at: 2350 S. 25th Ave., Broadview, IL. 60155. Copies of the aforementioned proposed approvals can be obtained at the Village Clerk's
Office at Village Hall.
