Notice of Public Hearing
Please take notice that on Wednesday February 25, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. Petitioner, Chipotle Mexican Grill, with the property owner's consent (B33 Broadview Village Outparcel Ill LLC), will appear before the Village of Broadview Zoning Board of Appeals requesting certain zoning approvals related to the redevelopment of the subject property, including: (l) a special use to allow a drive-through facility within the C-2 General Commercial District pursuant to Title 10, Chapter 7, Section 4 and Title 10, Chapter 4, Section 6(D)(4) of the Village of Broadview Code, and (2) site plan review approval pursuant to Title 10, Chapter 8 of the Village of Broadview Code, for the property commonly known as 4000 Broadview Village Square, Broadview, Illinois 60554, Property Identification Number (PIN): 15-22-411-006-0000.
The request relates to the construction of a quick-service restaurant with a drive-through facility on the
subject property. The requested approvals will be heard at the Village of Broadview Village Hall, located at
2350 South 25th Avenue, Broadview, Illinois 60155. Copies of the application are available for public
inspection at the Village Clerk's Office at Village Hall.
