15-12-3: Public Display
15-12-1: PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful to sell, store, possess, discharge or set off any fireworks or to give any pyrotechnic
display in the village, except in connection with public exhibitions as is herein provided. (Ord. 09-48,

15-12-2; SALE OF FIREWORKS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, possess, offer for sale or keep for the purpose of selling any
fireworks in the village at any time. (Ord. 09-48, 10-19-2009)
15-12-3: PUBLIC DISPLAY:
No public exhibition of fireworks or pyrotechnics shall be given unless a permit therefor is first secured
from the village. All such public displays shall be under the supervision of a competent person, and
shall be superintended by the fire chief or some other member of the fire department assigned this
