Water meters are read every month by the Public Works Department. A monthly water bill (yellow bill) is mailed on the 15th of the month. The due date is noted on the bill with the date and time.
Acceptable payment methods are cash, check, money order, credit card or online payment through broadview-il.gov and select “Pay my water bill”.

By Mail – allow five days for mailing. Mail payments to:

In-Person – payments can be made in person during normal Village Hall office hours:
Monday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:30 AM – 5 PM
Wednesday 8:30 AM – 2 PM
Closed Saturday* and Sunday
* Open last Saturday of the month, except for November & December.
Drop Box – for payments and correspondence, a 24-hour depository is located in the Village parking lot. DO NOT MAIL CASH!
Online Payments: broadview-il.gov and select “Pay my water bill”
All online payments must be made by the close of business day. If payments are received late, penalties will be applied the next day. Paying online can take up to 3 business days for payments to be received and credited to account.
